Trim Levels


The base SXT trim features 18-inch alloy wheels, or 19-inch on the AWD model, black grille with chrome accents, chrome-tipped exhaust, front and rear spoilers, and body-color bumpers, door handles, and heated side mirrors. The GT adds front fog lamps, a hood scoop, and 20-inch wheels. The standard R/T trim has a chrome fuel door, while R/T variants feature additional styling and performance enhancements. The R/T Scat Pack gets a rear lip spoiler, black grille, and chrome-tipped tailpipe. The SRT Hellcat and Hellcat Redeye are all about the performance and have uniquely enhanced styling, including quad tailpipes and a dual-snorkel hood. For the R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat, and Hellcat Redeye, a widebody package is available.



Engine


SXT and GT trims are fitted with a 305 horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 engine producing 268 pound-feet of torque via an eight-speed automatic transmission, and four-wheel drive is an option on these models. The R/T has a 5.7-liter V-8 engine giving you 372 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque through a six-speed manual transmission. The SRT Hellcat is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8, which produces 717 horsepower and 656 pound-feet of torque via its six-speed manual transmission. In the Hellcat Redeye, the same engine is uprated to pump out a massive 797 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque.



Performance


The V-6 engine will take you from 0 to 60 mph in 6.4 seconds while returning 30 mpg for highway driving on rear-wheel drive models, or 27 mpg on the AWD option. The 5.7-liter V-8 in the R/T does 0 to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds and will return up to 23 mpg on the highway. The Hellcat Redeye with its supercharged V-8 can top 200 mph and will go from a standing start to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds.



Interior


In the SXT, you'll find cloth upholstery with front bucket seats and 60/40 split folding rear seats. The infotainment system has a 7-inch touchscreen, six-speaker sound system with steering wheel-mounted controls, smartphone integration with voice activation, and 4G Wi-Fi hot spot. The Hellcat gets an upgraded sound system and a heated steering wheel.



Safety Features


Standard safety features include front, side, and overhead curtain air bags, side-impact bars, driveline traction control, electronic stability control with anti-roll, four-wheel assisted ABS, and individual tire-pressure sensors. To aid parking, there is a rear camera and sensor with rear cross-traffic alert. Available features include fully automatic headlights, adaptive cruise control with forward-collision warning, and blind-spot monitoring. The high-performance models feature enhanced handling and braking systems.
